
Witness Through Fitness seeks to encourage, train and create community with everyone we encounter. You will find many ways to challenge yourself both physically and mentally! Never ran a mile? Never swam more than a few pool lengths? Riding a bike for any length of time intimidate you? Or maybe you are at a point where you remember what you “used to do” to keep in good physical shape. Our faith life can reach the same crossroads from time to time.
Please be encouraged to try something new, get back to something you may have done in past but in all be encouraged to lean forward with expectation as to what lies ahead!
In 2012 we will be offering many opportunities to participate with groups of people who have decided they simply want more out of life both in the physical sense and the spiritual sense. Tri-ing With God 2012- Is underway! Over 40+ people are working together to tackle either their first Triathlon or their next Triathlon on June 9th! Congratulations to those of you who have accepted the challenge! We do this every year starting in January. If you want to join in next year please send us and email and we will put you on the information list. Until then please join us for a bike ride, a 5K or other events that we join together and participate in!
