On-Going Sunday Road Bike Rides

We hope to start back our Sunday rides once the Covid19 has passed and we are assured that our riders will be protected. 

When we return - We roll out every Sunday at 2pm sharp from First Baptist Loganville lower parking lot. We normally have all levels of riders and this is a no drop ride.  If you are a beginner please email info@witnessthroughfitness in advance to let us know that you are coming so we can be sure to take care of you!


Ride lengths range from 15 to 34 miles with ride averages of 14 to 19 miles per hour.  

Mountain Biking


We have impromptu and planned mountain bike riding groups mainly at Harbins Park and Fort Yargo.  if you would like to be put on our ride list just text 404-797-1213.  We normally have a group for all ride paces, come on our anytime and join us.  We are also happy to help out beginners as well!  

Couch To 5K - YES you can!


We are going to have to postpone our 2021 Couch to 5K training until the spring!  We want to ensure a healthy environment for everyone and we thank you for your patience!   

Once we start up in the spring (date to be determined) we will have our group training as we head towards your first 5K or maybe your return to "action" as you join with a group of like minded folks to become more active and take on a challenge!  Our journey will culminate with our Couch to 5K team as we attend a local 5K as a team.
