Couch To 5K - YES you can!
On-Going Sunday Bike Rides
From January 11th, 2020 8:00am until March 14th we will have our group training as we head towards your first 5K or maybe your return to "action" as you join with a group of like minded folks to become more active and take on a challenge! Our journey will culminate with our Couch to 5K team attending the NG3 5K at Tribble Mill Park on March 21st! We encourage you to go ahead and register for the NG3 5K here now so you will have committed to the goal!

For training we gather in the football parking lot of Bay Creek Park on the left side of the football field as you come into the park! Bring a friend and expect a change as we enjoy fun and fellowship together! We train like the postman - rain, sleet or snow we are there! We will all train together regardless of ability! If you walk, jog or run we will have a group and leader for you!
We will meet every Saturday morning @ 8:00am as we move
"together" towards running as a team at the NG3 5K on March 21st.
Come on out and train with us on any upcoming Saturday!
Please come out to our Sunday Group Rides! We roll out every Sunday at 2pm sharp from First Baptist Loganville lower parking lot. We normally have all levels of riders and this is a no drop ride. If you are a beginner please email info@witnessthroughfitness in advance to let us know that you are coming so we can be sure to take care of you!
Ride lengths range from 15 to 34 miles with ride averages of 14 to 19 miles per hour.
Witness Through Fitness and Graystone Church in partnership with the SE Gwinnett Co-Op and The Path Project will be hosting the 11th annual 1 Can Ride & Shine event on May 2nd to raise funds and awareness for those in need within our community.
We want to welcome you to the 11th Annual 1 Can Ride & Shine - with a twist this year! We will have an early start to our cycling so we can enjoy the sunrise!. An then in keeping with the early start we will be providing a hot breakfast for our riders upon their return!

All online registrations before April 15th will have a ride day t-shirt waiting for them at Ride Check In! So if you want a cool shirt please register soon!

For the runners in our group please consider signing up and participating in the 2020 NG3 5K! NG3 is very involved in high schools bringing mentorship and character building to the next generation! The NG3 5K will be held at Tribble Mill Park and we hope to see you there!
