Couch To 5K - YES you can!

On-Going Sunday Bike Rides

From January 11th, 2020 8:00am until March 14th we will have our group training as we head towards your first 5K or maybe your return to "action" as you join with a group of like minded folks to become more active and take on a challenge!  Our journey will culminate with our Couch to 5K team attending the NG3 5K at Tribble Mill Park on March 21st!  We encourage you to go ahead and register for the NG3 5K here now so you will have committed to the goal!
Please sign up here so that we can keep you up to date as we move forward to our kick off!  Also this will help you commit to the journey!!

For training we gather in the football parking lot of Bay Creek Park on the left side of the football field as you come into the park! Bring a friend and expect a change as we enjoy fun and fellowship together! We train like the postman - rain, sleet or snow we are there! We will all train together regardless of ability!  If you walk, jog or run we will have a group and leader for you!

We will meet every Saturday morning @ 8:00am as we move
"together" towards running as a team at the NG3 5K on March 21st.
Come on out and train with us on any upcoming Saturday!

Please come out to our Sunday Group Rides!  We roll out every Sunday at 2pm sharp from First Baptist Loganville lower parking lot. We normally have all levels of riders and this is a no drop ride.  If you are a beginner please email info@witnessthroughfitness in advance to let us know that you are coming so we can be sure to take care of you!

Ride lengths range from 15 to 34 miles with ride averages of 14 to 19 miles per hour.

On May 2nd 2020, Witness Through Fitness and Graystone Church in partnership with the SE Gwinnett Co-Op and The Path Project will be hosting the Rise and Shine Ride to raise funds and awareness for those in need within our community!

We are planning a "twist" in 2020 for the normal One Can Ride ride to do something a little different! More information to follow but we know everyone will be "up" for it!

The SE Gwinnett Co-Op serves families in need through ministry, provision, food and utility assistance. The Path Project, formerly The Hope Center, strives to address the challenges these at-risk children face due to the absence of positive role models, lack of basic skills, and the hopelessness that leads to gang activity, teen pregnancy, and dropping out of high school.

Many people are in need these days and your participation in this great event will go a long ways to helping those in need! Many of us know, have been, or possibly are the "someone" who has needed just a little help in a time of need.

All proceeds will go directly to the SE Gwinnett Co-Op for the purchase of food to help fill the food pantry shelves and to help with utility assistance and the Path Project for program needs. Please visit www.segwinnettcoop.org and www.path-project.org for more information.

Team GCC Witness Through Fitness United loves to participate in the annual Bike MS Rides!  Our 2019 ride was awesome and we look forward to the upcoming ride in 2020!

What will really puts power in our pedals is your support and our commitment to those impacted by this disease. Every mile we ride brings us closer to our goal—a world free of MS.
