From January 11th, 2020 8:00am until March 14th we will have our group training as we head towards your first 5K or maybe your return to "action" as you join with a group of like minded folks to become more active and take on a challenge!  Our journey will culminate with our Couch to 5K team attending the NG3 5K at Tribble Mill Park on March 21st!
 
Please sign up here so that we can keep you up to date as we move forward to our kick off!  Also this will help you commit to the journey!! 

For training we gather in the football parking lot of Bay Creek Park on the left side of the football field as you come into the park! Bring a friend and expect a change as we enjoy fun and fellowship together! We train like the postman - rain, sleet or snow we are there! We will all train together regardless of ability!  If you walk, jog or run we will have a group and leader for you! 

We will meet every Saturday morning @ 8:00am as we move 
"together" towards running as a team at the
NG3 5K on March 21st.   We encourage you to go ahead and register for the NG3 5K here now so you will have committed to the goal!
